Job summary

ADP is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to lead a field-based sales team selling ADP payroll, tax, HR, and benefits solutions. You will recruit, hire, and develop Sales Associates, guiding them to achieve geographic sales objectives while coordinating with clients, internal partners, and your team.

You will inspire high performance through coaching, leverage Salesforce for pipeline management, and represent ADP at trade shows, demonstrations, and seminars.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business-to-business sales experience.
• Strong client interactions and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and achieve goals within assigned geography using planned resources.
• Lead and motivate the sales team; ensure Salesforce usage and audit compliance.
• Recruit, hire, and train sales associates; provide ongoing coaching and career development.
• Represent ADP to customers, prospects, and the public through field activity, trade shows, and demos; stay current on ADP products.
