Executive Financial Partners LLC is seeking a Sales Team Lead in the United States, offering a 1099 independent contractor role with 100% commission-based compensation. You will lead direct sales in your territory, mentor team members, and drive growth across businesses and decision-makers.

Training, flexible scheduling, and growth opportunities are provided. You will balance closing personal sales with coaching others, using Salesforce to manage leads and relationships while building a strong

Competenze

• Background check required.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain (materials & fees provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional experience; relevant sales/leadership/athletic experience considered.

Mansioni

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present tailored supplemental insurance solutions.
• Conduct one-on-one consultations to explain coverage options.
• Deliver engaging group presentations showing value and impact of products.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through service, follow-up and reviews.
• Manage and grow your own book of business as a trusted advisor in your territory.
• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads, manage clients, and grow your network.
