You’ll balance closing personal sales with coaching teammates, leveraging Salesforce to generate leads, manage clients, and expand your book of business, while enjoying schedule flexibility and performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass pre-employment background check.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Insurance license.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional sales/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present tailored supplemental insurance solutions.
• Conduct consultations with employees to explain coverage options.
• Deliver engaging group presentations on product value and impact.
• Build long-term client relationships through service and policy reviews.
• Manage and grow your own book of business as a trusted advisor.
