Executive Financial Partners LLC is seeking a Sales Team Lead to drive direct sales in your territory, partnering with business owners to promote supplemental insurance products. You’ll mentor new and experienced team members while meeting territory goals.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with 100% commission-based earnings, optional weekly draw, monthly bonuses, and trips. A license and transportation are required, with a bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of sales leadership experience

Qualificações

• Health & Life Insurance license or willingness to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional experience in sales/leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to tailor insurance solutions.
• Conduct one-on-one employee consultations on coverage options.
• Deliver engaging group presentations to convey product value.
• Build long-term client relationships through service and reviews.
• Manage and grow your own book of business as a trusted advisor.
• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and manage clients.
