Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain (materials & fees provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional sales/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present tailored supplemental insurance solutions.
• Conduct one-on-one consultations to explain coverage options.
• Deliver engaging group presentations to communicate value of products.
• Build long-term client relationships through service and reviews.
• Manage and grow your own book of business as a trusted advisor.
• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and manage clients.
