Sano Genetics is looking for a curious, organised leader who thrives in structured coaching environments and brings an analytical lens to team development. As our Sales Performance Team Lead, reporting to the Ben Jackson(VP Commercial) you’ll take on direct responsibility for team performance - bringing clarity, structure, and coaching to every part of how we sell.
You will bring a coach-first mindset, focused on building a high-performing, empowered team. Your key responsibility is enabling success across a group of AEs and Sales Directors: designing the systems, training, and support that drive results in complex, consultative sales cycles across biotech and pharma.
While this role may include some direct sales activity, your primary focus will be empowering others to succeed. If you’re excited by people leadership, process design, and coaching that drives real commercial impact - this is your chance to shape how we sell, grow, and win.
