Job summary

Huntington Beach Hyundai is seeking a Sales Team Lead to drive high-volume vehicle sales and lead a team of Sales Representatives. You will report to the Sales Desk Manager and participate in ongoing training to maximize performance in a commission-based pay plan.

The role requires 2+ years in automotive sales and customer service, leadership experience at a dealership, and CRM proficiency. A valid driver's license and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in automotive sales.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Previous experience leading a team at an automotive dealership.
• Previous experience using a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicle sales targets are met by guiding Sales Representatives to weekly/monthly goals.
• Participate in sales staff training and development.
• Ensure the sales team follows the standard sales process from start to finish.
• Assist customers through the sales process as needed.
• Track customers using the store's management system.
• Stay up to date with Hyundai products, features and accessories; attend training courses.
