Job summary

RXinsider LTD. in Michigan is seeking a Sales Team Manager to directly supervise and coordinate hourly sales staff, delivering in-the-moment coaching and training to boost performance.

You will conduct weekly one-on-one meetings, monitor goals, manage recruiting and onboarding, and ensure adherence to the sales process across the team.

The role runs 9:30 am–6:30 pm, Monday–Friday, and requires strong communication, data analysis, and CRM proficiency to drive engagement and results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or technical school) or Work Equivalent.
• Two+ years of high coaching supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop direct reports; deliver in-the-moment coaching and training.
• Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with sales team and document individual development plans.
• Complete the standard new-hire training alongside other Account Managers, including hands-on experience with the full sales process (cold calling, opening new accounts, daily tasks).
• Monitor sales team performance to ensure daily focus and that goals are met; provide ongoing coaching to improve methods.
• Own recruiting, coaching, and performance monitoring of the sales team members.
• Train new salespeople to ensure success; train and ensure adherence to sales process.
• Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and assist SM with annual evaluations.
• Serve as Manager on Duty one evening per week, providing approvals and cross-office support as needed.
• Answer sales team members’ questions relating to pricing, quantity, policies, etc.
• Monitor effectiveness and suggest new ideas such as pre-books and promotions.
• Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications.
• Oversee attendance and time-off coordination and monitor overtime.
• Embody company culture and maintain high sales associate engagement.
• Function as liaison between account managers and other departments (procurement, compliance, credit) so focus remains on selling.
• Other duties as assigned.
