This on-site leadership role reports to the Senior Sales Leader and requires a track record of call center

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing a high-call-volume inside sales or call center team.
• Proven ability to lead and coach a 10–20 member OC team.
• Experience coaching with AI-enabled sales tools and calls.
• Strong CRM usage for pipeline management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Direct a team of 10–20 Outreach Coordinators to drive school district outreach.
• Set and coach daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets and pipeline goals.
• Monitor real-time performance with CRM dashboards and reports.
• Lead daily huddles, 1-on-1s, and monthly performance reviews.
• Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding and development plans.
• Collaborate with marketing to align outreach messaging and campaigns.
• Provide regular activity-based performance reports to leadership.
