Responsibilities

• Coach and develop direct reports; conduct call observations for real-time feedback.
• Hold weekly one-on-one meetings and document development plans.
• Participate in new-hire training and onboarding with sales team.
• Monitor performance to ensure daily focus and goal attainment; provide coaching.
• Own recruiting, coaching, and performance monitoring of team members.
• Train and ensure adherence to the sales process across the team.
• Manage day-to-day performance and assist leadership with evaluations.
• Serve as Manager on Duty one evening per week; provide cross-office support.
• Answer questions on pricing, policies, and processes for the team.
• Suggest process improvements and sales promotion ideas.
• Ensure correct CRM usage and data integrity across reps.
• Monitor attendance and time-off requests; manage overtime.
