Responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, and matching candidate skills to hiring needs, developing business leads, and maintaining strong client partnerships. The role involves administrative duties and travel to locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary associates.
• Recruit, conduct interviews and follow-up with candidates and temporary associates.
• Match employee skill sets to customers' hiring needs.
• Develop business leads and retention of current clientele.
• Act as liaison between temporary associates and clients.
• Maximize billable hours to increase branch profits.
• Perform administrative tasks supporting overall quality performance.
• Conduct service calls and outside sales calls for new business partnerships.
