Job summary

Intermex Wire Transfer LLC. in Miami seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to work closely with Sales leadership, own full-cycle recruiting, and build proactive sourcing pipelines for Inside and Outside Sales roles.

You will use LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, manage Greenhouse ATS, analyze KPIs, and partner with HR to ensure smooth onboarding while maintaining compliance; bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting Inside Sales and Outside Sales professionals.
• Proactive sourcing and headhunting experience.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean searches, referrals, talent mapping, recruiting campaigns.
• Experience developing recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Strong proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems; Greenhouse ATS preferred.
• Working knowledge of recruiting analytics and KPIs.
• Ability to operate as a consultative Talent Acquisition Partner.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional recruiting experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions.
• Partner with Sales leadership on hiring strategies.
• Build talent pipelines for high-demand roles.
• Manage requisitions and candidate activity in Greenhouse.
• Track time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and other KPIs.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience.
