Hyve seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner in Miami to support recruitment for US events and brands, managing 20–25 live requisitions and partnering with hiring managers for fast, quality hires.

You will proactively source sales talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, build pipelines, and coordinate inclusive interview processes to deliver a seamless candidate experience. Hybrid schedule in Miami.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end sales recruitment in the US.
• Strong direct-sourcing and headhunting with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• High-volume workload handling 20–25 requisitions.
• Understanding of various sales profiles and commercial drive.
• Stakeholder-management with ability to challenge and advise.
• Excellent organization and prioritization under change.
• Commitment to inclusive hiring and quality candidate experience.
• Experience using an ATS; familiarity with HiBob preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for ~20–25 US-based sales vacancies.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and plans.
• Source and engage talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, outreach, referrals.
• Build pipelines across sales levels including leadership.
• Screen and assess candidates against role requirements.
• Coordinate interview processes with candidates and managers.
• Provide market insights and feedback to support decisions.
• Ensure a responsive, professional candidate experience.
• Support offer management, pre-employment checks, onboarding.
• Maintain accurate pipelines and recruitment records.
