Job summary

Intermex Wire Transfer LLC. is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner in Miami to lead full-cycle recruiting for Inside and Outside Sales teams. You’ll partner with Sales leaders, build proactive sourcing pipelines, and optimize recruiting workflows using Greenhouse ATS.

You will analyze TA metrics, advise on market conditions and timelines, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from intake to onboarding, while maintaining compliance and diversity practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate Talent Acquisition or staffing.
• Experience recruiting Inside Sales and Outside Sales professionals in fast-paced environments.
• Proactive sourcing and headhunting to engage passive candidates.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean searches, referrals, and talent mapping.
• Experience developing recruitment marketing campaigns to generate applicant flow.
• Strong proficiency with ATS, Greenhouse preferred.
• Understanding of TA KPIs and funnel metrics to improve performance.
• Consultative TA partner for hiring managers on sourcing strategy and timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions from intake to onboarding.
• Serve as Talent Acquisition Partner to Sales leadership for high-volume hiring.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using multiple channels.
• Maintain talent pipelines for high-demand Sales roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define profiles and interview processes.
• Manage requisitions and candidate activity in Greenhouse ATS.
• Track and analyze TA metrics: time-to-fill, time-to-hire, funnel KPIs.
• Provide market intelligence and hiring timeline updates to leadership.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience and communicate EVP.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and diversity practices.
• Coordinate with HR and Onboarding for seamless post-offer process.
