Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
• Experience leading 20+ Inside Sales, Account Management, Agent Development, or telesales professionals.
• Proven revenue growth through retention, repeat transactions and recurring revenue.
• Strong understanding of sales economics and portfolio profitability.
• Analytical use of CRM, dashboards, forecasting tools to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, execution, and performance of the Inside Sales and Agent Development teams.
• Develop segmentation, targets, and account-management plans to increase revenue.
• Lead performance reviews, coaching, and accountability across teams.
• Partner with Marketing and External Sales to drive campaigns and activation.
• Establish KPIs, quotas, and operating rhythms for sustained growth.
