Job description

We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and dynamic Sales Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team. This dynamic role plays a crucial part in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying sales leads while simultaneously supporting the recruitment efforts of the company. The Sales & Talent Acquisition Specialist will leverage a combination of traditional and modern techniques, including AI and CRM systems, to build strong sales pipelines and attract top talent.

Bold Business is a US-based leading global business processing outsourcing firm with over 25 years experience and $7B+ in client engagements. We enable small and publicly traded businesses to scale by providing global outsourcing talent services.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development:
  1. Lead Generation & Qualification:
    1. Identify, qualify, and develop sales leads through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, industry events).
    2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential clients and target accounts.
    3. Qualify leads based on criteria such as budget, decision-making authority, and interest level.
  2. Client Engagement:
    1. Engage with prospective clients by providing product/service information, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns.
    2. Prepare and present compelling client proposals, including pricing and value propositions.
    3. Conduct market research and support pricing research to ensure competitive and profitable offerings.
  3. Sales Pipeline Management:
    1. Utilize CRM systems and AI tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze sales performance.
    2. Follow up on sales leads and client inquiries diligently to ensure timely progression through the sales pipeline.
    3. Monitor and report on key sales metrics (e.g., conversion rates, win rates, revenue targets).
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Support:
  1. Candidate Sourcing & Engagement:
    1. Collaborate with the Recruiting team to source, engage, and pre-screen qualified candidates for key roles.
    2. Leverage internal systems and technology (e.g., applicant tracking systems, job boards) to maintain an active pipeline of talent.
    3. Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, industry events, referrals).
  2. Recruitment Coordination:
    1. Assist in preparing candidate profiles, managing recruitment data, and ensuring alignment between candidate sourcing and team needs.
    2. Schedule and coordinate interviews, and participate in the screening process as needed.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
  1. Team Collaboration:
    1. Act as a liaison between Sales, Recruiting, and Marketing teams to streamline processes and ensure that we achieve our mutual goals on a timely basis.
    2. Share best practices and insights across teams to improve overall performance.
  2. Reporting & Analysis:
    1. Maintain and update both sales and candidate tracking systems, providing regular performance and progress reports to management.
    2. Analyze data to identify trends, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making.
Technology Integration:
  1. Technology Adoption:
    1. Champion the integration of AI and other innovative technologies into our workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
    2. Explore and evaluate new tools and technologies related to sales automation and candidate sourcing.
  2. Continuous Improvement:
    1. Stay abreast of emerging trends and tools in sales automation and candidate sourcing to continuously improve processes.
Qualifications:
  1. Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written English.
  2. Relevant Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or recruiting preferred.
  3. Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with software tools, CRM, ATS, and AI integrations.
  4. Organization & Project Management: Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
  5. Interpersonal Skills: Build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
  6. Adaptability: Quickly adapt to new technology and integrate AI into workflows.
  7. Technical Setup: Own a PC/laptop and have a stable internet connection (min. 20 Mbps).
