The Associate Talent Acquisition Advisor at Texas State Technical College (TSTC) is an entry-level role within the Human Resources department, focused on managing the full-cycle recruitment process for staff positions. This position is key to supporting TSTC's mission of building strong teams that drive educational and workforce development. The Talent Acquisition Associate will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and build relationships with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment experience. This role requires active engagement with external platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed, as well as close collaboration with HR Business Partners (HRBPs).
The Talent Acquisition Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring TSTC attracts and hires individuals passionate about education and workforce development.
