Epiq Solutions is seeking a highly responsive Sales Support Representative to provide day-to-day operational support to our sales organization in Rolling Meadows, IL. You will help ensure accurate quotes, pricing, and timely follow-through across Sales, Operations, and Finance.

A primary focus is coordinating across internal teams, supporting quote generation, and maintaining CRM data with attention to detail. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in sales support and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in sales support, inside sales, customer service, or related role.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and manage detailed customer quotes and orders with high accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong customer-service orientation.
• Proactive and resourceful with a collaborative, ownership-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as day-to-day support for the sales team; respond to requests and move opportunities forward.
• Prepare, review, and deliver customer quotes with accuracy and responsiveness.
• Confirm pricing, configurations, terms, lead times before quotes are issued.
• Identify missing or inconsistent information and resolve questions before finalizing quotes.
• Track requests and follow through to completion; support go-to-market activities.
