Job summary

Epiq Solutions is seeking a Sales Support Representative to provide day-to-day operational support for the sales organization. You will help prepare customer quotes, coordinate pricing and terms, and ensure accurate order processing while interfacing across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service.

The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, proactive communication, and a customer-focused mindset to deliver an exceptional experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 3-5+ years in sales support, inside sales, customer service, or related role.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and manage detailed quotes and orders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day support for the sales team, handling requests and advancing opportunities.
• Prepare, review, and deliver customer quotes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate pricing, configurations, terms, and lead times before quotes are issued.
• Maintain Salesforce records and generate GTM materials for meetings.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure accurate orders and customer satisfaction.
