XA Solutions is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to back our Technical Sales Representatives and Supply Partners in Rosemont, IL. The role focuses on CRM data management, quoting, pipeline tracking, and opportunity management within a dynamic sales team.

The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and knowledgeable about the CASE market and sales processes, with a Bachelor’s degree and experience in an inside sales or sales support role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven inside sales or sales support experience; D365 CRM preferred.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with process optimization and workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide CRM administration support to sales team and leaders.
• Record customer interactions, progress, and follow-ups in CRM.
• Maintain up-to-date sales pipeline with the team.
• Prepare performance reports for Commercial Leaders.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Serve as point of contact for supply partners and inquiries.
• Build relationships with suppliers for satisfaction and collaboration.
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly supplier reporting.
• Manage CRM dashboards with input from sales team.
• Process sample requests and track follow-ups across projects.
• Assist sales with leads, document requests, and admin tasks.
• Coordinate with regulatory departments for timely documentation.
