• Ability to prioritize concurrent requests and protect confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming sales support requests, identify action, and confirm ownership.
• Check prospect details, opportunity stage, product selections, and quantities.
• Maintain opportunity data in CRM, log status, next steps, and ownership.
• Prepare standard quotations using approved pricing and templates.
• Assemble product information and approved materials for reps, matching requirements.
• Respond to routine questions about quote status and product information.
• Track open quotation requests, follow up on delays, and notify reps.
• Escalate pricing exceptions or out-of-procedure requests to sales ops lead.
• Update opportunity outcomes after decisions and organize handoff notes.
• Review sales support activity for delays and report findings to the team lead.
