Job summary

TruTeam, a leader in energy‑efficient insulation and building materials, seeks a Sales Support Representative to back the sales team. You will generate leads, schedule meetings, handle calls, and support reporting efforts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include finalizing quotes in Oracle and maintaining customer contact lists. Construction experience is preferred, with opportunities to grow within the sales organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Valid driver’s license required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Capable of pulling together professional sales presentations.
• Knowledge of ERP applications (preferably Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including lead generation and scheduling meetings.
• Enter and finalize quotes into Oracle for customers and Sales Representatives.
• Handle incoming calls and walk-ins requesting sales information.
• Assist the sales manager in preparing sales reports and competitive market analyses.
• Update contact lists of existing and prospective customers.
