This role offers a team-oriented, office-based environment with a strong emphasis on service and parts support. You will coordinate order fulfillment, updates, and aftersales support, while building relationships with industrial customers and learning about equipment

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for customer replacement parts inquiries.
• Identify replacement components using ERP, parts catalogs, and technical documentation.
• Prepare quotations and process replacement parts orders.
• Coordinate order fulfillment, shipping, returns, and customer updates.
• Resolve order discrepancies and provide responsive aftermarket support.
• Build strong relationships with industrial customers through exceptional service.
• Interpret technical drawings, manuals, and equipment documentation.
• Develop knowledge of industrial machinery and mechanical components.
• Partner with warehouse and internal teams to ensure accurate order execution.
• Provide cross-functional support across parts, purchasing, and operations as needed.
