Job summary

Equiparts, located in Oakmont, PA, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to assist our Outside Sales team. You will enter quotes and orders into our ERP, research products, prepare quotes, and respond to customer inquiries with accuracy and efficiency. This role requires strong Excel/Word skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

Hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with $20–$22/hour pay and travel none.

• Review and maintain open quotes and orders.
• Respond to customer calls and emails.
• Assist with bid requests and commission reporting.
• Ship samples and materials to sales reps.
• Provide general administrative support.

Job description

Description: The Sales Support Specialist will work closely with our Outside Sales team and Sales Manager, helping ensure
quotes, orders, customer requests, and administrative needs are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter quotes and orders into our ERP system
• Research products, miscellaneous items, and non-stock pricing
• Contact vendors for pricing and product identification
• Create part numbers for miscellaneous items
• Prepare and email quotes and order confirmations
• Review and maintain open quotes and orders
• Respond to customer phone calls and emails
• Assist with bid requests
• Maintain documentation related to quotes and orders
• Assist with outside sales commission reporting
• Ship samples, labels, literature, promotional materials, and other items to sales representatives
• Provide general administrative and office support
• Coordinate calendar updates, meetings, and holiday reminders
• Make hotel reservations for visiting sales representatives
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
