Insight Global in Tempe, AZ is hiring a Sales Support Associate for a 6-month contract-to-hire. The role is onsite five days a week with shifts Mon-Fri (various start times) and a starting pay of $23.50 per hour.

You will qualify leads by telephone, perform outbound and inbound calls, and gather customer needs to support the sales team. Strong MS Office and CRM skills, active listening, and self‑start motivation are essential.

• Experience in Sales Support or similar role.
• Proven ability to cold call and handle inbound/outbound conversations.
• Strong MS Office and CRM skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Qualifies leads by telephone and forwards to the appropriate sales team.
• Performs outbound calls to prospective clients and handles inbound inquiries.
• Assists customers, determines needs, and provides information about services.
• Records customer information and maintains data in the CRM and other tools.
• Ensures information is recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinates activities to meet volume and operational targets.
• Cultivates leads through cold and warm calls (outbound/inbound).
