Qualifications

• 1-2+ year of Sales Support experience
• Cold calling experience
• Inbound and outbound calling experience
• Strong PC skills and a working knowledge of MS Office and CRM
• Strong ability to actively listen and determine customer's needs
• Highly motivated, competitive, self-starter

Responsabilités

• Qualifies leads by telephone and refers to the appropriate sales team
• Makes outbound calls to prospective clients to determine needs and revenue potential
• Answers customer questions regarding the company's services
• Records customer information and maintains data records in appropriate tool
• Ensures information is recorded timely, accurately and clearly
• Coordinates activities to meet operational volume requirements
• Cultivates new qualified leads through cold and warm calls (outbound/inbound)
