Qualifications

• Experience in a SSR II or equivalent customer support role is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and sales support to internal and external customers for a value-added experience.
• Set up new accounts with required legal and billing details and tax status.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and support order-to-cash processes.
• Analyze invoice exceptions and support backlog reduction across regions.
• Maintain customer master data and respond to inquiries via phone or email.
