Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of customer service or customer-facing experience.
• Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, or Billing experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of SSR II or equivalent customer support experience.
• Familiarity with project management techniques and process ownerships preferred.
• MRO industry and/or distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide value-added customer service and sales support to internal and external customers.
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and service requests in a fast-paced call center.
• Manage new account setup with legal entity names, addresses, contacts, and billing details.
• Analyze invoice exception errors across multiple systems.
• Collaborate on cross-functional teams for process improvements.
• Review and approve customer credits and high-dollar returns.
