Job summary

MSC Industrial Supply Co. is seeking a Customer Care Enterprise Representative to handle inbound calls, emails, Web orders, chat, and third-party portals for MSC's largest National Account customers.

You will quote, sell, and service key accounts in line with contractual standards, build relationships, and collaborate with internal teams. A high school diploma is required; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills are essential.
• Proficiency with MSC systems (AS/400, Oceana, MSC website) and strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Process enterprise customer orders via phone, email, chat, and Web/EDI.
• Assist customers and teammates with product knowledge and order issues.
• Collaborate with National Account Managers to support sales, retention and revenue goals.
