Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for customers and provide updates.
• Support outside sales reps by tracking orders and shipments.
• Resolve customer issues by identifying root causes and solutions.
• Enter and track orders, manage files, and maintain records.
• Coordinate drop shipments and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Process returns and warranty parts; manage internal docs.
• Manage sales email communications and assist with scheduling.
• Support light HVAC stock inventory.
