Position Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented, dependable Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role serves as a critical link between our customers and sales representatives, ensuring seamless communication, order fulfillment, and issue resolution. Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing updates.
• Support outside sales reps by tracking orders, following up on shipments, and managing customer communications.
• Resolve customer issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.

Order Processing & Documentation

• Enter and track orders, manage files, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Coordinate drop shipments and warehouse communication to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Process returns and warranty parts, and manage internal documentation (e.g., dummy tickets).

Administrative & Operational Tasks

• Manage email correspondence for the sales team, including customer-facing communications.
• Verify acknowledgments and assist with sales documentation and appointment scheduling.
• Support light inventory duties related to HVAC stock

What You’ll Need
