Qualifications

• 2-4 years in sales support or related role.
• Self-motivated, independent worker with initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Attend Sales Excellence Team meetings to understand the needs of the sales unit.
• Provide customer support by covering reps when they’re out of the office (as needed).
• Enter/process quotes, orders POs, and communicate status to customers.
• Handle customer service issues and follow up if no response within 24 hours.
• Resolve deal desk and shipping requests.
• Escalate issues from customers to the appropriate internal department.
• Answer requests from sellers that come through their queue.
• Assist with bids (RFP/RFQ) as needed.
• Provide timely support to resolve sales-related issues for customers.
• Expedite rush requests and respond to inbound emails from customers.
• Collaborate in a team environment to enhance the customer experience.
