Job summary

Cheney Brothers in North Carolina is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to back the sales teams with timely order processing, data entry, and customer records management. This role supports our fast-paced food distribution operation and contributes to timely deliveries.

You will enter purchase orders in NetSuite within 24 hours, assist with order confirmations, maintain customer profiles, and help monitor contract balances while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a related role.

Responsibilities

• The sales support administrator will provide support to the sales teams
• Obtain purchase orders from Sales Rep (or produce a pro forma) and enter in NetSuite within 24 hours
• Assist sales team with follow-up including order confirmations and bookings
• Maintaining and updating customer profiles in Netsuites
• Monitor remaining contract balances upon order entry
• Follow all policies and procedures on safety, cleanliness and BRC/FDA
• Other duties as assigned by Manager or other management
