Cheney Brothers is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead the Customer Service department, ensuring prompt, courteous, and accurate service for customers and Account Managers. You will manage staff, support sales initiatives, and contribute to profitability while acting as a collaborative team member.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, service quality, data reporting, and resolving issues to meet customer needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in customer service, retail and/or sales or warehouse settings.
• Team lead or supervisory experience.

• Supervises associates, including staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.
• Demonstrates a strong service quality commitment and clarifies roles to meet customer expectations.
• Provides effective customer service by answering questions, resolving problems, and providing accurate data and reporting.
• Works with other managers to resolve issues and meet customer needs.
• Uses the computer system to access information, process payments, and generate reports.
• Supports achievement of sales and gross profit objectives.
• Motivates CSRs to excel and maintains a positive work environment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
