NSI Industries in Huntersville, NC is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Manufacturing & Distribution) to deliver responsive, high-quality support to distributor customers across the Carolinas. You will respond to inquiries, quote items, process orders, and resolve issues with accuracy.

The role requires 2–4+ years in manufacturing or distribution customer service, proficiency with CRM/ERP tools (NetSuite a plus), and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years in customer service within manufacturing or distribution.
• Experience with CRM/ERP tools; NetSuite a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and emails.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Provide pricing, cross-reference items, and verify product availability.
• Process RMAs.
• Track orders and provide status updates.
• Manage customer accounts and process orders accurately.
• Address product and service inquiries with timely resolutions.
• Handle a high volume of calls and generate sales leads.
• Document customer interactions and transactions thoroughly.
• Use NetSuite to manage communications and verify order details.
