Job summary

Cheney Brothers is seeking a Sales Support Administrator in Wilmington, NC to back the sales teams with order processing, data entry in NetSuite, and client profile maintenance. You will help with order confirmations, bookings, and monitoring contract balances while adhering to safety and compliance standards.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with NetSuite or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar roles.
• Experience with order processing and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Support sales teams and process purchase orders.
• Enter orders and pro forma in NetSuite within 24 hours.
• Assist sales team with follow-up including order confirmations and bookings.
• Maintain and update customer profiles in NetSuite.
• Monitor remaining contract balances upon order entry.
• Follow all safety, cleanliness and BRC/FDA policies.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager or other management.

Position Responsibilities

• The sales support administrator will provide support to the sales teams
• Obtain purchase orders from Sales Rep (or produce a pro forma) and enter in NetSuite within 24 hours
• Assist sales team with follow‑up including order confirmations and bookings
• Maintaining and updating customer profiles in Netsuites
• Monitor remaining contract balances upon order entry
• Follow all policies and procedures on safety, cleanliness and BRC/FDA
• Other duties as assigned by Manager or other management

Qualifications

• Bachelors
• 6 months to 1 year experience

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelors or equivalent qork experience
• 1-3 years experience
• Data entry or documentation experience
