Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, quotes, and general inquiries.
• Assist in processing customer orders accurately and efficiently within ERP system.
• Respond to customer requests, order status, lead times, and delivery changes by phone and email.
• Support distributor relationships through professional, consistent communication.
• Assist with quotes and coordinate with engineering/production to confirm specs and lead times.
