Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a seasoned Sales Support professional to back stop Relationship Sales Officers and coordinate client funding activities. You will support underwriting, manage documentation, and ensure timely processing of funding requests across Credit, Loan Operations, and Accounting.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment. Travel for client meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant business experience preferred.
• Prior documentation, credit, accounting, and/or sales experience preferred.
• Strong PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, pricing software, CRM (InSight).
• Willing to travel and work extended hours for key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Assist RSOs in daily sales activities and serve as backup to RSOs and other Sales Support members.
• Collaborate with underwriting by collating requirements and forwarding to value stream members.
• Review loan/lease approvals with RSOs and enter funding requests in InSight.
