Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to oversee the accurate administration of loan transactions through the full loan lifecycle. You will board loans, process renewals and modifications, and maintain records in the Fiserv system while ensuring compliance with Bank policies and regulations.

You will handle payments, payoffs, escrows, and related documentation, provide excellent customer service, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and respond to inquiries in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of loan servicing or financial services experience required.
• Experience with Fiserv or similar core banking systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Board new commercial and consumer loans into the Fiserv system.
• Process loan renewals, extensions, modifications, and maintenance.
• Manage loan payments, advances, payoffs, and escrow activity.
• Prepare payoff quotes and related documentation.
• Process wire transfers and loan file maintenance.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding balances, payments, and servicing matters.
