Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Customer Sales Representative in Illinois to support Account Executives, Marketing Associates, and customers. You will quickly resolve customer needs, process orders and credits, and handle deliveries and invoice requests.

The role requires a high school diploma and about 1 year in foodservice sales coordination or customer support, with strong phone skills and MS Office proficiency. Fast-paced environment with potential travel may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year outside foodservice sales coordination or customer support experience.
• Previous call center experience preferred.
• Strong telephone communication skills required.
• Ability to sit and work at a PC for extended periods.
• Proficiency in MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming concerns/needs from customers.
• Key pick-up requests; handle transportation/routing on delivery questions.
• Process will-call orders.
• Provide customers with invoice copies.
• Process credits.
• Maintain call list.
• Monitor orders before the cut-off.
• Communicate regularly with Account Executives and customers.
• Manage same-day deliveries for operating company.
• Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor.
