Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Customer Sales Representative to provide direct support to Account Executives, Marketing Associates, and customers. The role aims to resolve customer needs quickly and accurately while maintaining open communication with the sales team.

The CSR will handle order processing, invoicing requests, credits, and transportation coordination, ensuring timely responses in a fast-paced foodservice environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year prior outside foodservice sales coordination or customer support experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming concerns/needs from customers.
• Coordinate pickups and routing on delivery questions.
• Process will-call orders.
• Provide customers with invoice copies.
• Process credits.
• Maintain call list.
• Monitor orders before the cut-off.
• Communicate regularly with the AE and customers.
• Manage same-day deliveries for OPCO.
• Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor.
