Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Customer Sales Representative to support Account Executives, Marketing Associates, and customers. You will help resolve customer needs quickly and accurately, handle inquiries, and support same-day deliveries.

The role emphasizes strong phone communication, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with MS Office. Prior call center experience is preferred and on-site work in the United States is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year prior outside foodservice sales coordination or customer support experience.
• Call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming concerns/needs from all customers.
• Process will-call orders.
• Provide customers with invoice copies.
• Process credits.
• Maintaining Call list.
• Monitor orders before the cut-off.
• Communicate regularly with the AE and customers.
• Manage the same-day deliveries for OPCO.
• Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor.
