AMC Global Media in New York, NY is seeking an entry-level Sales Assistant to join our Commercial Sales & Revenue Operations team. You will assist Account Managers, Sales Planners and Account Executives in entering deals, processing allocations, and maintaining lead lists, while pulling live campaign reports for optimization.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years in digital advertising sales support, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and familiarity with Operative and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0-2 years of experience in digital advertising sales support or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and systems (Operative, Salesforce).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Enter deals into platforms based on setup parameters.
• Process allocations, flighting, and move requests from agencies.
• Prepare order letters to facilitate deal entry.
• Maintain sales lead lists and update Account Executives.
• Pull reporting for live campaigns and assist with troubleshooting.
• Resolve discrepancies with agency assistants/buyers and negotiate makegoods.
• Support the Sales team with booked business and key accounts.
• Develop relationships with agency assistants and buyers as primary day-to-day contact.
• Provide comprehensive support to Account Executives and Account Managers across deal management.
