You will leverage SAP/BW for data insights, coordinate pricing, and support account onboarding within a busy sales office environment. This position is full-time, Monday–Friday, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years in a customer service and/or sales role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic math for rate, ratio, and percent calculations.
• Strong prioritization and teamwork.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process orders accurately and craft precise quotes.
• Deliver customer care via calls and emails.
• Translate sales data into actionable insights.
• Coordinate pricing requests and contract pricing.
• Assist with account setup and onboarding.
• Support the Annual Price Increase process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
