Job summary

United Systems is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the sales team through administrative coordination, customer engagement, and operational assistance. This role helps manage customer communications, organized sales operations, and coordinates internal activities to boost business efficiency.

The Sales Assistant will work with customers, vendors, Sales Account Managers, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, project execution, and ongoing customer support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales support, administrative assistance, or a similar role in MSP or IT-related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as ConnectWise, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, format, and deliver customer quotes, proposals, and sales orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update customer, lead, and sales opportunity information within the CRM system.
• Provide administrative support to Sales Account Managers, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Handle customer communications with a professional, prompt, and solution-focused approach.
