Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales support, administrative assistance, or a similar role in MSP or IT-related field preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as ConnectWise, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use additional software as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, format, and deliver customer quotes, proposals, and sales orders.
• Maintain and update customer, lead, and sales opportunity information in the CRM.
• Provide administrative support to Sales Account Managers, including scheduling appointments.
• Handle customer communications with professional, prompt responses.
• Monitor customer satisfaction through follow-ups and feedback.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and vendors.
• Contact prospective customers (leads) to arrange meetings for the sales team.
• Manage and maintain customer licensing and renewals.
