Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises in Charlotte, NC is hiring Sales Support Representatives who are ready to help customers, learn the business from the ground up, and grow within a Fortune 500 company. You will work with Sales associates to determine the best products and solutions, deliver timely quotations and accurate sales orders, coordinate deliveries, answer calls, and master the CRM and phone systems.

Qualifications

1–3 years of sales or customer service experience.
1–3 years of Industrial Pipes, Valves and Fitting knowledge preferred.
Trilogee knowledge highly preferred
Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.
General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
Ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.
