Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. in Dayton, OH is hiring Sales Support Representatives to help customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up. Starting pay is $21 per hour and may be higher based on experience, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

You will work with Sales associates to determine products, coordinate deliveries, and provide timely quotations, while gaining hands-on experience in warehouse, yard, and counter operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Prior experience in waterworks or construction is a plus.
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred.
• Must be comfortable with physically demanding work.
• Able to switch between warehouse, yard, counter and admin duties as needed.
• A college or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales associates to determine the best products and solutions for customers.
• Provide timely quotations and accurate sales orders for personalized service.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer calls and address customer questions or concerns.
• Use CRM system and phone systems effectively.
• Training and work across warehouse, pipe yard, and sales counter.
