Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience required.
• 1-3 years of Industrial Pipes, Valves and Fitting knowledge preferred.
• Trilogee knowledge highly preferred.
• Exhibit strong sales skills, including upselling.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and timely decisions.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales associates to identify best products and solutions for customers.
• Provide personalized customer service with timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls, address questions, and resolve concerns.
• Use CRM and phone systems effectively.
