Lemonade Stand Inc. is an award-winning Internet marketing agency based in Orem, Utah. We are seeking a happy and hungry Sales Support team member to be the first point of contact for prospective clients, handling calls, emails, follow-ups, and scheduling demos.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable on the phone and by email.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a genuine interest in helping people.
• Highly organized and able to juggle multiple conversations and follow-ups.
• Willing to learn and explain digital marketing services to clients.
• Experience or interest in outbound follow-up, lead nurturing, and basic proposal prep.
• Takes ownership of projects and stays accountable.
• Basic computer proficiency (email, CRM tools, spreadsheets).

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for prospective clients via calls and emails.
• Take sales calls, respond to inquiries, and follow up on leads.
• Schedule calls and product demos and present solutions.
• Prepare quotes and proposals for potential clients.
• Keep the CRM up to date and ensure a warm client experience.
• Collaborate with marketing and account teams to nurture every lead.
